He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from University Malaya, and MBA from Oklahoma City University. In 1993, working as Chief Operating Officer, he steered a company to be listed in KLSE.
In 1995, he was headhunted to join Transpac Capital Pte Ltd. the regional venture capital firm based in Singapore but operates 10 offices regionally. Transpac Capital manages a fund size of USD 810 million having mainly US institutional investors. Mr Yeo was involved in investments in China, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. He resigned in 2001 as the Director of Transpac Capital (M) Sdn Bhd.
Mr Yeo started Cache Capital as a Venture Capital company in 2002 after obtaining the Securities Commission’s registration. Upon the expiry of the fund in 2009, Mr Yeo started Rural Asset Group to concentrate in creating Rural Alternative Assets.
